Every Happi Hour order is packed in a plain, unbranded box or mailer. There’s no logo, and nothing on the outside says what’s inside. The sender name on the label is neutral, so your parcel looks like any other online order.

How long it takes
We dispatch orders within 1–2 working days using Evri Tracked 48. You’ll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way.
On your bank statement
Your payment shows as Happi Hour, with no product names.
Returns
For hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns of unopened, unused items within 30 days. Email contact@happihour.co.uk to start a return.
